Come join us for a free SOCIAL MIXER at the second Schnell Fest of the year. There will be an assortment of food, beer, wine, soft drinks and water. You can also come out anytime during the day to see the action on track, including the PCA Club Race event which will be streaming live.
The SOCIAL MIXER is open to all HCR members and is a great opportunity to explore COTA and see what happens on an HPDE weekend. This is a perfect opportunity to see the cars participating in the event and to talk to the drivers as well.
If you are interested in attending the SOCIAL MIXER, your vehicle will be stopped at the COTA security booth to sign the COTA and PCA waivers. You will then receive a wristband which you must wear while on the premises. Minor children are welcome but a legal guardian must sign a minor waiver. Pets are not allowed.

It’s the holiday season, a time when friends and family gather to celebrate and enjoy the many seasonal traditions of this special time of year. Don’t miss the opportunity to gather with your fellow members and Porsche enthusiasts at the Hill Country Region Annual Holiday Party.
This year, we’ll gather on the private top floor of Austin’s famous OASIS ON LAKE TRAVIS, which is touted as one of the largest restaurants in the world and known for its breathtaking sunsets, terraced views looking west over Lake Travis, and eclectic decor.
Cost: $95.00 per person
Approximate Schedule:
5:30 PM– Social Hour (arrive at 5:30 PM and enjoy the beautiful sunset)
6:00 PM – Silent Auction opens
6:45 PM– Dinner – Buffet

Toy Donation: We also ask that you bring a new, unwrapped toy for HCR’s Toy Drive. We have organized this for previous holiday parties, and your generosity has always been amazing and overwhelming.
Parking: The Oasis offers various parking options, including a covered garage, remote parking with shuttle service, and valet parking.
Access to the Private Top Floor: Upon arrival, follow the signs to the elevator that will take you directly to the private top floor, where the event is scheduled to take place.
Cancellations: You can cancel your reservation through midnight on November 29, 2025. At that time, a refund will be issued minus the HCR administrative fee. NOTE: Cancellations made on or after November 30, 2025, cannot be refunded, as we will have already fulfilled our attendee guarantee to the Oasis.
