The Porsche Club of America’s tagline is “it’s not just the cars . . . it’s the People”, and that holds true for every Zone and Region in the Porsche Club of America.
Without the cars, we’d just be a social club. But the cars are what bind us, what every member of Hill Country Region owns and has a passion for.
The Porsche automotive experience isn’t just about the driving. It’s shared experience of ownership, the excellence of the product, and the brand heritage that ties back to Porsche’s earliest days as a manufacturer exclusively of sports cars.
Being a member of the Porsche Club of America in general, and of the Hill Country region specifically, gives members additional ways to enjoy their cars beyond just driving them.
Tech Sessions
Hill Country Region sponsors periodic Tech Sessions, usually held at local vendors of automotive services, covering everything from exterior bodywork care and maintenance, vehicle inspections, to detailed looks at what make Porsches work so well on road and on track.
Concours and Car Shows
We also will organize or participate in local or regional concours or car shows, often with other regional clubs representing other brands/marques. These are a great way to get started in showing your car, as some of them are somewhat informal and you can have your car graded/scored without worries. Come see what this is all about, and check out a lot of great cars while you are at it!
