HCR Annual Member Meeting – 2022

On Feb 9, we will gather from 6-9p.m. at the Haute Spot located in Cedar Park at 1501 E. New Hope Drive. It’s just off the NE corner of New Hope and 183A.
We have the entire event venue to ourselves, including all outdoor and indoor spaces. If the weather is chilly, the indoors areas are quite large, and we will open the garage doors to let the cool breezes in while patio heaters keep us all comfy.
Tickets are $20 per person, payable on ClubReg. Your ticket gets you entry into the event plus the dinner buffet.
Our event starts at 6:00 p.m. where everyone can enjoy the huge cash bar and socialize with fellow HCR members. At 7:00p.m. we will have a beef and chicken Fajita buffet. Salads are also available for those on a veggie diet. Around 8:00pm we will have a short program to run through the annual financial statements and present our Board and Event Coordinators, report on our progress in 2021 as well as our initiatives for 2022. We will also have an open Q&A with any Board members who are present. By 9:00pm we will be wrapped up.
Registration and payment in advance is required. Our dining room holds about 90 but we’ve capped the event at 70. Please be sure to make your payment after you register. You will only be confirmed for this event after your payment has been made.
If you previously registered for the event, please note your status has been changed back to “Pending”. You will be Confirmed once payment is received. You can find the event in ClubReg on your Dashboard under Special Events. Payments can be made there.
