Christmas Market – German Texan Heritage Society (Public Event)

HCR Members are invited to attend the GTHS Christmas Market

The December 6 event is open to the public.  If you would like to attend a VIP HCR Members-only event, please refer to the calendar entries for Nov 29 and Dec 3.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Get into the holiday spirit by visiting the most authentic German Christmas Market in Texas. The German Free School and its gardens transform into a traditional German Christmas Market.

GTHS offers truly German Christmas decorations as they are imported from the Erzgebirge, an East-German region that is internationally known for it’s Christmas customs.

Our famous German Glühwein (hot spiced wine) will be served and is an authentic Christmas Market must. Kid friendly with activities and St Nick walking around passing out gifts.
