Partner with friends and family for a Hill-Country Scavenger Hunt Drive on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 8:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The hunt includes two options: one for our puzzle-crazy members, and another―“Scavenger Hunt Lite”―for our members who are new to the area or just want a more relaxed way to enjoy the fun. You chose how to complete this un-timed event.
Required:
(1) A tech-savvy team member who can serve as a navigator is required.
(2) Cellular technology (with a camera) will be needed to decode the clues, solve the riddles, and report your team’s finds.
This event will be limited to 22 vehicles. Available vehicle seating will limit the number of persons per team.

EVENT DETAILS
We’ll meet in the parking lot at Shipley’s Do-Nuts in Bee Cave at 8:15. Shipley’s is located at 2620 RR 620, Suite 100, Bee Cave, Texas 78738.
All participants will be checked in and assigned a team number that will be recorded by using a telephone number with texting capabilities. Each vehicle will constitute a team.
We will gather to give an overview, answer questions, and handout your team’s list of clues and riddles. The hunt will start by 9:00 a.m.
Teams will be expected to report their finds via text along the way. We will tally the team finds while you complete the hunt so we can have the results upon your arrival at the final destination.
Teams are expected to obey all traffic laws; it’s not a race, so go at your own pace and enjoy the spectacular hill-country views.
Please note that some destinations may have gravel drives or parking lots.
LUNCHTIME CELEBRATION
There will be prizes for first, second, and third place.
The final destination is a place with a variety of food and drink available and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Participants will be responsible for paying for their own drinks and lunch.
