New Member Social

HCR wants to welcome our new members (anyone with HCR for less than one year) and all our “old” members as well, to our New Member (and Old Member) Social presented by XPEL. Koncept Garage is an additional sponsor. The Social will be at Petrol Lounge, 2631 Kramer Lane, Austin, Texas 78758 (North Austin near Q2 Stadium) on Saturday November 5 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. XPEL and Petrol Lounge are long time HCR supporters. Koncept Garage is a new supporter.

Come join us and see Petrol Lounge’s unique collection of customer vehicles. If you came last year, you will be amazed at the new vehicles. Petrol’s in house PDR and Paint Correction experts will provide demonstrations and be available to answer questions.

In addition to seeing Petrol Lounge’s outstanding stable of cars, we’ll treat everyone to a fajita buffet provided by Dos Salsas. This is the same caterer we used last year. We’ll have beverages available as well.

And of course, we’ll have some great door prizes and raffle items.

FEE
Please note there is a NON-refundable $10.00 per person Administrative fee to help defer the cost of tables, chairs, and tablecloths. This fee must be paid at registration before you can be confirmed for the event.

WAIVERS
An event-liability waiver for non-minors (anyone over 18) must be eSigned at registration. Most of you are familiar with this but if you aren’t email me or give me a call and I’ll walk you through it. It’s easy. We won’t be able to confirm you until you eSign the waivers. Only the person registering can sign. If you are bringing a guest/guests, they can sign the waiver at the event. PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO VERIFY YOUR SIGNATURE. This is easy as you will receive an email to the address you have listed with PCA with a link.

MINOR WAIVERS
If you are bringing a guest who is under 18, PCA requires a Minor Waiver. Both parents or the minor’s guardian must sign this waiver. You can download and sign a copy of this waiver when you register. At the registration page, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a link to Minor_and_Parent_Form-Waiver-Observers Only-. Just download and sign. BUT BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD A COLOR COPY OF THE WAIVER. Yes I know but that is what PCA insurance requires. We will have these waivers available at check in at the event.

REGISTRATION
Registration is now open at www.clubregistration.net. We are capping this event at 75 guests due to space limitations at Petrol. Registration closes Friday November 4. However once we reach capacity at 75 guests, registrants will be placed on a wait list.
