MARCH 21 SATURDAY HCR’s CONCOURS D’ ELEGANCE
9:00 am – 12:00 pm CT
COBB TUNING HEADQUARTERS
2311 Rundberg Lane, Austin TX 78758 (Meet in the back parking lot)
Have you ever wondered how this type of event got started? It originates from 17th-century French aristocracy parading their horse-drawn carriages. It evolved into iconic events like Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance which is thought to be the pinnacle of this tradition.
HCR’s version won’t be anything like Pebble Beach. We’re in it for the fun of showing off our Porsche beauties and spending time with friends. The judges will look at the exterior, the interior and the storage spaces (trunks, frunks), don’t worry about cleaning your engine or the under carriage. By the way, we’re always looking for judges, even if you don’t have any experience. There will be medals for the top three winners for each category.
PLEASE NOTE: This event is for PORSCHES as they were when they left the factory, cleanliness and originality are the name of the game. Kit cars and modified cars do not meet this requirement.
If you just want to see the judged cars at their best but you don’t want to enter the competition, bring your own Porsche and we’ll set up a corral separate from the judged area. Bring your family and friends. Restrooms will be available and we’re working on getting a food truck to be on site as well.
Thanks to Tom Roy for getting HCR’s Concours program off the ground. Please contact Event Coordinator Tom Roy with any questions at thomas.roy.hcr@gmail.com. Thank you, Tom! Event & Registration Info – see the HCR CALENDAR
Special Thanks to COBB TUNING for hosting this event. We appreciate your support!

This year’s route will take us on a winding path from Leander through the Texas Hill Country & the lovely & famous “Willow City Loop”, ending for lunch at the PERISSOS VINEYARD & WINERY.
