The club was treated to a complete tour of the facilities at Finspeed as well as several very detailed discussions outlining the entire wheel manufacturing process; this covered everything from customer requirements to final paint and finish options.   The session was well attended and the entire group was broken up into three smaller groups which received presentations from Daniel Finke (Finspeed), Jarrett Dawson (Regional Sales Rep for Pirelli) and Gary Bixler (Ride Cache).  Daniel Finke delivered a thorough presentation on Finspeed’s forged monoblock wheel manufacturing process.  Jarret Dawson gave a detailed presentation on Perilli Tires covering how tire manufacturing has improved over the years and explaining the different Perilli Tire offerings for Porsche vehicles.  Gary Bixler gave us a great presentation on his Ride Cache software for managing automobile documents and records.  Special thanks go to Finspeed for opening their doors and hosting this event.
