6/22/2023 – Thursday – Happy Hour South will be held at the South Austin Beer Garden, 10700 Menchaca Road, Austin, TX 5:30 until 7:30!
Folks, We’re heading back to Menchaca Road this month for a fan favorite. We had a great time last year at this dive bar with a full bar, a large tap selection, and a great BBQ truck.

6/24/2023 – Saturday – Join us on the brand new 2 parks tour is coming up on June 24. We will be going through Bastrop & Buescher state parks to a surprise lunch place. We did this waaaaay back in 2018. The park has really recovered nicely from the terrible fires in 2011 and we have a great route planned. This tour will be capped at 35 cars, so it is smaller than usual. There will also be a $5.00 park entrance fee that will be paid at the park, plus the usual $10.00 tour registration fee (which will be paid on clubreg). Registration opens on Monday 6/5/2023, go to Club Registration to sign up, slots will go quickly!
6/28/2023 – Wednesday – Please join us for an informal drive to the Texas Lions Camp (Kerrville) to make a charitable contribution to the Texas Burn Survivor’s Society. We are asked to arrive by 10:00am on June 28 (Wednesday). Chris McChesney is working on a meet-up location which will be provided later. Lunch will be provided. If you prefer to go directly to the Camp, the address is: 4100 San Antonio Hwy, Kerrville, TX 78028

7/1/2023 – Saturday – Porsche and Coffee at Werks 11, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Julian Avent, HCR member and owner of Werks11, hosts Cars and Coffee 201 FM 1237 Troy TX. This is an increasingly popular Saturday opportunity to meet HCR members and other Porsche owners for informal conversation and a chance to ogle the cars in the Werks11 shop.
7/2/2023 – Sunday – Let’s Get Together Rudy’s Country Store, 7709 RR 620, Austin. This is a great opportunity to chat with your fellow Porsche enthusiasts, while showing off your own Porsche beauty! Swing by at your leisure – no reservation needed.
7/5/2023 – Wednesday – Ladies Luncheon – Come to meet and and visit the women of HCR at the monthly Ladies Lunch. This event will be held at Salt Traders Coastal Cooking – 1101 South MoPac, Austin. Usual time 11:30 until 1:30. There is a major change this month in registering for the event. In order to be guaranteed a seat please go to Club Registration here.

7/13/23 – Thursday – Lunch Bunch for July will be at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen on 11617 Research Blvd., the 183 north bound access road. Enjoy some of their delicious New Orleans style seafood. We were last there just before the pandemic shut down our Lunches (and everything else) in 2020. We had a terrific turnout then and we look for a repeat success in July, Join us for some of their flavorful dishes and the always interesting conversation with your fellow club members.
