Here’s what happening –

6/6/2023 – Tuesday – A new HCR Meet-Up in The Hill Country – this is a standing event on the 1st Tuesday evening of each month 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Just drop in. No reservation needed for this informal opportunity to Meet-Up with your fellow Porsche enthusiasts. This is a no host event but please contact Mike Seningen mike.seningen@hcrpca.org with any questions.

Please park your Porsche in the sectioned off pavement of the brewery.

6/7/2023 – Wednesday – Come to meet and and visit the women of HCR at the monthly Ladies Lunch. This event will be held

Bartlett’s, 2408 W. Anderson Lane, Austin. Seating is limited to 14 people so it is necessary to RSVP. Send an email to

6/8/2023 – Thursday – Lunch Bunch at Mandola’s Italian Kitchen in Arbor Trails 11:30 – 1:30 PM.

For June, Lunch Bunch will head down south to Mandola’s in the Arbor Trails plaza on William Cannon Drive.  We were last there pre-pandemic and it’s time to get reacquainted with their extensive menu of Italian dishes.  Join us for some great Italian cuisine and the always engaging conversation with your fellow club members. Arbor Trails is a large plaza, and if you are not familiar with it, it may take you a few minutes to locate the restaurant. No pre-registration required.

6/11/2023 – Sunday – Doin’ Coffee and Donuts in Drippin’  will be gathering at Le Muse Coffee Bar, 505 Wynnpage Drive, Dripping Springs (in Caliterra). Contact Crystal Zarpascrystal@hcrpca.org with any questions. Looking forward to seeing you there! 

Le Muse management has asked that we park along Wynnpage Drive and leave the parking lot for Le Muse’ regular guests.

6/14/2023 – Wednesday – Sips and Sticks with a brand new event!Come join us before the summer travel season with something new – a cognac tasting!  The event will be held at the Casa de Montecristo Cigar Lounge in the Davenport Village Shopping Center in West Austin.  This is a tasting event (flight of 4) first and foremost so we encourage all Club members to attend.  Brad from Casa will be there to give the tasting notes and he will also pair with a cigar for those interested.  So please come join us Wednesday, June 14th from 6 to 8 PM at Casa de Montecristo.  The cost is $50/person payable at the door with either cash or card.  Snacks will be provided.  The event is capped at 20 attendees.  Please register on ClubReg to let us know you’re coming.New activities are being added daily.  please stay up to date by checking the Hill Country calendar on hcrpca.org” 

6/15/2023 – Thursday – Brewery Night, otherwise known as “Hoppy Hour”!

If you only come to one brewery night, THIS is the one to come to.  Overflow parking OK next door at Woodview Storage after 5:30 PM. No registration required.

6/17/2023 – Saturday – Tech Session at XPEL Austin

Summer driving season, when you’re thinking about making sure your Porsche is as secure from rock chips as possible, your paint is protected, and your windows are filmed to keep out that oppressive summer heat. Where better to do that than at XPEL Austin.

We are teaming with XPEL to host a tech session that will give you all the information you need about PPF, ceramic coating and window film.

6/18/2023 – Sunday – GTG North will be gathering at Red Horn Brewery & Roastery, located at 1615 Scottsdale Drive, Building 1, Suite 110 in Leander. The entire back parking lot is set aside for HCR members, with picnic tables and our own access through the rear entrance. Our cars will be on full display to anyone coming into the side parking lot entrance. Red Horn serves great coffee and breakfast items, and are a terrific addition to our popular GTGs.

6/22/2023 – Thursday – Happy Hour South will be held at the South Austin Beer Garden, 10700 Menchaca Road, Austin, TX 5:30 until 7:30!  

Folks, We’re heading back to Menchaca Road this month for a fan favorite. We had a great time last year at this dive bar with a full bar, a large tap selection, and a great BBQ truck.

6/24/2023 – Saturday – Join us on the brand new 2 parks tour is coming up on June 24. We will be going through Bastrop & Buescher state parks to a surprise lunch place.   We did this waaaaay back in 2018.   The park has really recovered nicely from the terrible fires in 2011 and we have a great route planned. This tour will be capped at 35 cars, so it is smaller than usual. There will also be a $5.00 park entrance fee that will be paid at the park, plus the usual $10.00 tour registration fee (which will be paid on clubreg). Registration opens on Monday 6/5/2023, go to Club Registration to sign up, slots will go quickly!

6/28/2023 – Wednesday – Texas Burn Survivor Society, more details to follow. Drive to TBSS (location TBD) to present charitable contribution check and participate in a schedule of activities.  Show off the Porsches to all the kids!

7/1/2023 – Saturday – Porsche and Coffee at Werks 11, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Julian Avent, HCR member and owner of Werks11, hosts Cars and Coffee 201 FM 1237 Troy TX.  This is an increasingly popular Saturday opportunity to meet HCR members and other Porsche owners for informal conversation and a chance to ogle the cars in the Werks11 shop.
