9/5/2024 – Thursday – First Thursday at COBB Tuning. Our advertiser, COBB Tuning, holds an event each first Thursday of the month at their headquarters in Austin. COBB sells their Accessport which remaps a car’s ECU to gain horsepower and torque. They also manufacturer and sell aftermarket performance products; air induction, exhaust, cooling etc. This is a non-PCA HCR event, and various other car manufacturers will be represented there as well. Join the fun at COBB Tuning, 2311 Rundberg Lane, (around the back) Austin. Begins at 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
9/7/2024 – Saturday – An event for the whole family, tour of the Waldrop private car collection.
Duke & Fay Waldrop extend a personal invitation to the Hill Country families of the PCA to visit their family “Franch” (between a ranch and a farm) just west of Dripping Springs. Your presence would mean a lot to us.
Note: The address in Dripping Springs will be sent to all Confirmed registrants
Come and enjoy the Waldrop collection of motorcycles, cars, trucks, and a boat or two. It’s a diverse collection that is sure to excite any vehicle enthusiast. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch Duke or Fay reminiscing about a car, boat, project, or adventure.
Children are encouraged to attend with HCR members. Separate child waivers will be provided on-site.

9/7/2024 – Saturday – Porsche and Coffee at Werks 11, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Julian Avent, HCR member and owner of Werks11, hosts Cars and Coffee 201 FM 1237 Troy TX. This is an increasingly popular Saturday opportunity to meet HCR members and other Porsche owners for informal conversation and a chance to ogle the cars in the Werks11 shop.

Let’s Get Together – a very informal “come as you are” gathering on the 2nd Sunday of each month. This is a great opportunity to chat with your fellow Porsche enthusiasts, while showing off your own Porsche beauty! Swing by at your leisure between 9:00 am & 11:30 am, no reservation needed.
Le Muse Coffee Bar is a charming and cozy establishment and whether you’re in the mood for a rich and flavorful coffee, or a light snack to accompany your drink, Le Muse offers a wide selection of options to satisfy your cravings. Lunch Bunch adds yet another entry to its growing list of interesting Austin restaurants. For September, we will head south of the river to Cafe Milano to sample offerings from their menu of authentic Italian dishes. Join us to enjoy some tasty Italian food and the always entertaining company of your fellow club members.

Hi Tech Motorcars invites HCR members to attend the upcoming Espressos & Exotics event on September 14. Registration is not required if you plan to attend the event, but not display your vehicle. This invitation is for HCR members only, not for the general public.

9/15/2024 – Sunday – NORTH – Come on out to our GTG location at Red Horn Brewery & Roastery, located at 1615 Scottsdale Drive, Building 1, Suite 110 in Leander, 9:00 am – 11:30 am. The entire back parking lot is set aside for HCR members, with picnic tables and our own access through the rear entrance. Our cars will be on full display to anyone coming into the side parking lot entrance. Red Horn serves great coffee and breakfast items, and are a terrific addition to our popular GTGs.

Join your fellow members Wednesday, September 25th at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse located at 5424 Steiner Ranch Blvd., Austin in Steiner Ranch. Steiner Ranch Steakhouse has a great happy hour menu. 10/2/2024 – Wednesday – Sips ‘n Sticks, 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Casa de Montecristo, 3801 N. Capitol of Texas Highway, Austin.
Come join us for the next Sips ‘n Sticks cigar and whisky tasting event at Casa. This is the post-Summer Q3 event with the familiar Bourbon theme with some new selections that hopefully some have not tasted before. As usual the tasting selection will include four different whiskeys that will be paired with a premium cigar (or two) hand selected from the humidor by Justin (from Casa). Please come and join us October 2nd from 6 to 8pm at the Casa de Montecristo Cigar Lounge in the Davenport Village Shopping Center in West Austin. The cost is $50pp payable at the door with either cash or card. All whiskey and cigar fans are invited and you are welcome to attend for the whiskey tasting only (no cigar) but the entrance fee is still $50pp. Snacks will be provided. The event is capped at 20 attendees and all are welcome!
