HORIZONS

HORIZONS, the Hill Country Region’s award-winning newsletter, is dedicated to enriching the HCR membership experience and fostering a stronger connection within the PCA and HCR communities. The publication strives to reflect the region’s diverse activities through member and vehicle spotlights, technical and general Porsche-related articles, and stories unique to our region and its members. The HCR gratefully acknowledges the support of its advertisers and encourages members to patronize these local businesses.

HORIZONS is a member-driven publication, and contributions and feedback are highly valued. We welcome your thoughts on the newsletter’s content, as well as suggestions for articles and event coverage. It serves as a platform for members to share ideas and contribute to the community. Beyond its informative and entertaining purpose, HORIZONS also serves as a historical record of HCR activities, documenting our shared experiences for future members. In this way, we collectively contribute to the ongoing narrative of HCR and PCA.

HORIZONS‘s excellence has been recognized nationally, receiving first place in the 2021 PCA National Newsletter Competition for Class V regions (which includes some of the largest PCA regions) and second place in 2022. We are immensely proud of the HORIZONS editorial, design, and production team. We invite motivated individuals to join our team in content creation, layout/graphic design, and photography.
